Reading has always been easy for me, and that is why I love to read. It takes me awhile to get into a book but when I do I feel like I could read for hours straight. I can never wait to read the next book of the series. The thing I hate is when a book leaves you hanging and there isn't another book to read after the one you just read. It is weird because I love to read but I hate to write. Maybe as I get older i will like to write.
Truth be told, I never used to like writing either. It wasn't until after collegee that writing started to interest me and I think that was because I finally could write because I WANTED to write. When we have to do something because it is required of us, I think it automatically makes us feel some sort of negativity toward it; be it writing or a task of some sort that our parents ask us to do. I guess me advice to you, is to continue to do your best, and maybe over the summer, play around with writing - start a creative journal or somethin. When we know our writing won't be judged or graded, it becomes more enjoyable and with that wall taken down, we find our true creativity.
