Chain Story

Authors Note: This story wad created by my entire language arts class. It may not be one of the best but I think it turned out all right.

All of a sudden the sky turned gray and big clouds started to roll in.  The news said that this would be the worst storm in history.  Everyone was terrified!  Was it the end of the world?  People stayed in there homes from the thought of ice the size of donuts. The ice soon started to fall from the sky and it started to hit cars, buses, school and buildings.  More than 5 people were reported dead, 30 were critically injured and just100 people we slightly injured.   While the storm got bigger, hospitals soon became full.  More and more ice came down, while this is happening people are trying to take cover in there basements.  No one knew if they were going to survive this fatal storm.  The hail soon became the size of huge Semi's.  The food was running low, the people knew that if this storm didn't end soon they would die of hunger.  That is when all of a sudden the ice stopped falling and the clouds started to clear up!  People started to hoot  and holler "The storm is over." It only took moments to realize that not only the storm stopped but the whole city was destroyed.  I wonder if this town can fix the damage of a life time?
